This verse is a heartfelt prayer to Śrī Rāma, a divine embodiment of dharma and compassion. Recognized for his role as the ideal king and a devoted son, Śrī Rāma is revered as the remover of obstacles (āpadām apahartāram) and one who is the source of wealth and prosperity. Devotees invoke his blessings to overcome life’s challenges, as Śrī Rāma is celebrated for his ability to dispel misfortunes and difficulties, just as he protected his devotees in the epic of the Rāmāyaṇa.By repeating “I bow again and again,” the verse emphasizes the devotee’s humble reverence and continuous devotion to Lord Rāma, seeking his grace to lead a life of peace and fulfillment.
