Gita Chapter 3 – Verse 19  «   »

तस्मादसक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचर ।
असक्तो ह्याचरन्कर्म परमाप्नोति पूरुषः ॥ ३-१९॥

tasmādasaktaḥ satataṃ kāryaṃ karma samācara
asakto hyācarankarma paramāpnoti pūruṣaḥ 3-19

Therefore, always perform actions which should be done, without attachment; for, by performing action without attachment, man attains the Supreme.

tasmāt = therefore; asaktaḥ = without attachment; satataṃ = constantly; kāryaṃ = as duty; karma = work; samācara = perform; asaktaḥ = unattached; hi = certainly; ācarān = performing; karma = work; paraṃ = the Supreme; āpnoti = achieves; pūruṣaḥ = a man.;
